During this class, attendees are taught about various methods used to quit using tobacco products. Attendees are able to work through the cessation process in a supportive group setting with a positive instructor. Each class is adjusted to fit the needs of each group.  All participants are encouraged to attend all six sessions for optimal results. This class is open to all ages.  See a printable flyer here.
